Today on October 30 I basically did the same thing as the other days because that is apart of our schedule but actually today after we went to class then taught. We had lunch and then we went to this museum by the east lake it was a really nice museum but it was kind of boring to me because I don’t really like learning, but I saw many interesting things such as these huge bells that Chinese people play. It was really cool to see. After school I did the same thing, which was play basketball and then ate dinner. But after I ate dinner my host family took me to go and play badminton and even though I didn’t know how to play it I was pretty god at it.

Today on October 27, 2014 I went to school with lucky. We got breakfast at the school and then went to the classroom. We ate our breakfast in the classroom until class started. Lucky and I had Chinese first period today. The Chinese teacher was very funny and kept asking me if she was beautiful, and I would always respond with a yes and the class would laugh. After that class period I went with Dr. trowbridge and Mrs. Spurrier to teach the 4th graders about Halloween. When we were teaching the 4th graders about Halloween we got to make Halloween masks. It was very fun making masks with the kids. After we taught the fourth graders we came back to the middle school and taught seventh graders English things such as buying something from a store. It was really fun because the seventh graders knew how to speak English really well and I was shocked. After that we went home and ate dinner I cant remember what was for dinner but it was really good.
On Sunday, we went to the Hubei Provincial Museum. We saw the largest ding 鼎 (an ancient ceremonial vessel for cooking meat) ever discovered.
On Saturday, after the Guiyuan Temple, we went to East Lake, where we saw a Philosopher's Garden. This is a picture of Zhuangzi (Chuang-tzu) 莊子/庄子 in front of a depiction of the giant Kun 鯤/鲲 fish, which transforms itself and becomes a giant Peng 鵬/鹏 bird.
